Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Anthropic have announced a partnership with Litify, a prominent enterprise legal platform for law firms and in-house legal teams, to create responsible AI solutions for the legal sector. This partnership aims to address the sensitive nature of legal information and improve data security. Litify's investment in single-tenant architecture ensures that client information is maintained in a walled-off environment, inaccessible to other clients, and not retained within the AI model.
Utilizing Anthropic's Claude 3 model family, which sets new industry benchmarks, Litify's AI application will be fully hosted on AWS’ advanced cloud services. This approach ensures optimal security without compromising accuracy and speed, protecting client data from exposure to the broader internet. Litify CEO Curtis Brewer emphasized the collaboration's goal to unlock new efficiencies through responsible AI use while advancing technology for the legal sector. Litify plans to release its roadmap for AI capabilities focused on document management efficiencies this summer.
