Cadent Acquires AdTheorent for $324 Million in Cash Transaction

Cadent, a prominent provider of converged TV advertising solutions, has finalized its acquisition of AdTheorent Holding Company, a leader in machine learning-driven advertising technology. The transaction, valued at approximately $324 million, marks AdTheorent’s exit from the public market as its common stock ceases trading on Nasdaq.
